Elizabeth Jackson
Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Elizabeth is director of Operations. Before FCOG, Elizabeth was the director of operations for Senior Helpers Home Care & Staffing. She thrives on creating sustainable systems and implementations. She also highly values creating a work place that allows for freedom, flexibility and high functioning accountability. Elizabeth lives with her husband and children in Ball Ground, Georgia.
Pam Hodgson
Co-Founder & CFO
Pam is a current partner and in charge of payroll and accounting. Before FCOG, Pam was the CEO of Senior Helpers Home Care & Staffing for 15 years. She is a process and systems expert, especially around budgets and expenses. Pam lives on a farm her husband in Cumming, Georgia and enjoy spending time with her grandchildren and at the beach.


Deb Hester
Client Care Director
Deb has been with Family Care of Georgia for one year (healthcare for 4 years) and she really enjoys onboarding new clients and knowing that we are helping people across the whole state of Georgia. She also helps with organization of many projects and she also enjoys meeting with our clients on our home visits.
Matt Fredenberg
Co-Founder & CEO
Matt is the CEO and director of business development at Family Care of Georgia. Before FCOG, Matt was the director of business development at Senior Helpers Home Care and Staffing for 15 years. He enjoys finding solutions for problems, winning over new referral sources and providing top-tier customer service. Matt lives in Roswell, Georgia, with his wife and children.

Jordan Gettinga
Caregivers & Client Specialist
Jordan Geddings has worked with Family Care of Georgia for two and a half years and is the current client and caregiver coordinator. Jordan focuses on day to day duties while excelling at maintaining positive communication. She is incomparable when it comes to case manager communication and maintaining credentials.


Nicarla Williams
Client Care Director
Nicarla Williams has been in the healthcare field since 2015. She believes in taking a compassionate approach to all situations. Nicarla enjoys meeting our families and spending time getting to know everyone.
