Family Care of Georgia connects caregivers to financial and support services so you can care for your loved one at home.
Who is eligible?

You live in the home with the person as the primary caregiver and are least 18 years of age.

Are related biologically or through adoption as a daughter, grandson, etc. or are related through marriage as a daughter-in-law, son-in-law, etc. Spouses and legal guardians are not eligible.

Cannot have employment outside the home, or run a business from the home such as an online store
Criteria of Care

The person you care for needs assistance with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, bathing, and more

Be Medicaid-eligible in Georgia

Be a participant in the CCSP or SOURCE Waiver Program

Must live in the same home as the caregiver.
