Family Care of Georgia connects caregivers to financial and support services so you can care for your loved one or friend at home.

Who is eligible?

You are least 18 years of age and are the primary caregiver. You can now live in the same home or separate homes.

You can be the paid caregiver if you are related to or a friend of the patient.
-
You can have another job or have this be your sole income.

Criteria of Care

The person you care for needs assistance with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, bathing, and more
-
Be Medicaid-eligible in Georgia

Be a participant in the CCSP or SOURCE Waiver Program (we help with the CCSP & Source approval process!)

If related, you can live in the same home or separate home. If not related, you have to live in separate homes.
